With over 17 years of experience in the textile industry, Kanav Shayamsunder Arora is at the heart of our company’s technical and operational excellence. A Textile Processing Engineering graduate from SCET, South Gujarat University, Kanav oversees every aspect of production, from implementing new projects to procuring machinery and managing day-to-day technical operations.
His deep understanding of the industry, along with a strong network of professional connections, has played a key role in building our brand’s reputation. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to quality, Kanav ensures that every project meets the highest standards, driving the company’s success in a competitive market.
Rajiv Jatinderkumar Arora brings over 15 years of expertise in the textile industry to the company. A BBA graduate, he oversees the operations of the textile retail business under the brand name Masakali. His responsibilities span across administration, marketing, production planning, and quality control, ensuring the smooth functioning of the business.
With extensive market knowledge and hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, Rajiv plays a pivotal role in driving the brand’s success. His dedication to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional results has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s position in the textile retail market.
Mr. Sizer Habib Lakhani, a B.Com graduate and co-founder of Nakshatra Group, brings over 15 years of experience in the textile industry. He specializes in sales and procurement, playing a vital role in managing marketing strategies, sales operations, and navigating industry-related government policies.
With a strong market reputation and an extensive customer network, Sizer oversees raw material procurement and ensures seamless coordination to meet the company’s operational goals. His expertise and strategic approach have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and maintaining its position as a trusted name in the textile industry.
Raman Arora is an accomplished leader in management, administration, and innovative project execution. With expertise in profit-oriented strategies, client satisfaction, cost reduction, and achieving production targets, he has successfully driven growth across diverse industries.
He has held notable positions, including CEO at Udhyog Bharati School, Little Millennium School, and Pandesara Weavers Society Ltd., where he spearheaded policy formation, government correspondence, and new initiatives in textiles. His tenure as Vice President and President at Shri Sai Calnetes India Pvt. Ltd. showcased his leadership in production, sales, and HR management.
With decades of experience, including running his own textile businesses and serving as General Manager at Gupta Dyeing and Printing Mills, Raman has a proven track record of delivering impactful results in industrial and cooperative sectors.
